THE SMART TRICK OF DORSOMORPHIN THAT NO ONE IS DISCUSSING

Proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs) and molecular glue degraders (MGDs) are one of the most maturely made TPD approaches. In this review, we focus on both preclinical experiments and medical trials to provide a comprehensive summary of the security and medical efficiency of PROTACs and MGDs in hematologic malignancies in the last twenty years.
